Starting as a baby sanctaury in the 30's, Cotlands opned an AIDS Hospice in 1996. In 1997, The Cotlands Memorial Wall at West Park Cemetary was unveiled. At the rear of the graveyard, on a lawn, the three facebrick Cotlands memorial walls are situated near the fence of Westpark's "Jewish section" and the "stillborn section".
